Axle loads can be tricky. the first question is what type of truck is it.
Typically a tray top will have a carrying capacity evenly distributed. this does not mean you can load this amount in one particular position on the tray. Similarly with a tipper typically if you fill the tipper to the water line it will be overloaded!
